Achi Yaffe joins GI Partners as Operating Principal
SAN FRANCISCO, CA – The Lancer Group places Achi Yaffe as Operating Principal at GI Partners, a leading alternative investment manager active in Technology, Media & Telecommunications, Healthcare, Retail & Leisure, and Business & Financial Services.
Achi joins GI Partners as the firm’s first Operating Principal where he will be responsible for leading all value creation capabilities with the objective of increasing the firm’s support ofportfolio companies.
Most recently, Achi served as Principal for Lee Equity Partners, a New York-based middle market private equity firm, where he was responsible for developing business plans and executing strategic initiatives for the firm’s portfolio companies.
Prior to Lee Equity Partners, Achi held the role of Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, leading global management consulting firm, where he advised management teams of Fortune 500 and private equity-backed companies.
Achi holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.S. degree from the University of Southern California.
