SAN DIEGO, CA –The Lancer Group places Jon Nguyen as Global Vice President of FP&A and Corporate Development of Kyriba, leading global provider of softwaresolutions for treasury and risk management professionals at medium to large global enterprise companies across the retail, insurance, banking & finance, IT, consumergoods, and manufacturing sectors. Kyriba is backed by leading technology-focused middle-market private equity firm, Sumeru Equity Partners.
Jon brings to Kyriba over 15 years of deep financial planning and analysis experience across the financial services, healthcare, and softwarespace. He has a proven track record of strategizing and implementing metrics-driven tools to translate raw data into meaningful intelligence and analysis. In this new role, Jon will be responsible for driving new growth and strengthening client relationships by evolving the company’s sales, marketing and partnership strategies.
Most recently, Jon served as Vice President of Finance at Mitchell International, a $600M private equity-owned software and services company serving the automotive industry, where he ran FL&A globally across all business units in North America and Europe. Prior to Mitchell International, Jon was Manager of FP&A for CareFusion, global medical technology corporation, where Jon was responsible for the company’s medical devices and softwarebusiness unit that sold into hospitals and other stakeholders in the supply chain.
He holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Minnesota
