Chicago, IL – Lancer Group places Sid Nair as CEO of Affinitiv, a provider of end-to-end, data-driven marketing and analytics software to the automotive market. Affinitiv is backed by CIP Capital, a private equity investment firm specializing in data-driven marketing and tech-enabled business services.
Nair brings over 25 years of experience running large-scale technology companies, with an executive leadership background that spans general management, sales & marketing, revenue growth, and transformation across global markets and industry segments. He joins Affinitiv from Rackspace, where he was the Executive Vice President & General Manager of the Americas region P&L, delivering the three best sales quarters in Rackspace history. Prior to Rackspace, Nair was EVP, Chief Sales & Marketing Officer for Cox Automotive, leading a 3,000 member sales & marketing team across Cox Automotive’s 25 brands. Prior to Cox, Nair held executive leadership roles at DXC Technology (merger of HPE Enterprise Services and Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC)), Dell Services, and Wipro Technologies.
Nair holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Madras in Chennai and an MBA from the T.A. Pai Management Institute in Manipal, Karnataka.
