NEW YORK, NY –Lancer places Frank Tait as Industry Advisor at Warburg Pincus, leading global private equity firm with over $58B in AUM and focused on growth investing.
Frank brings to Warburg Pincus over 25 years of experience driving growth and innovation across the software technology space.
Most recently, Frank served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development of Frontline Education, a leading EdTech company backed by Thoma Bravo, where he led mergers and acquisitions and drove strategic alliances for the firm. Prior to Frontline Education, Frank served as SVP of Global Marketing & Strategy for SCT (now Ellucian), SVP Sales and Marketing for DecisionOne, President of MAXIMUS Justice Solutions, and SVP of Sales for Schoolwires (now part of BlackBoard).
He holds an MBA in Strategic Management from MIT, Sloan School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Biochemistry from Columbia University.
