Lancer Group places Joe Gruca as SVP, Strategic Alliances & Channels at Kyriba, global provider of software treasury and finance solutions
SAN DIEGO, CA – Lancer places Joe Gruca as Senior Vice President of Strategic Alliances & Channels at Kyriba, the leading global leader in cloud treasury solutions and cash management technology to CFOs, Treasurers, and Financial Professionals across the retail, insurance, banking & finance, IT, consumer goods, and manufacturing sectors. Kyriba is backed by Bridgepoint, a London-based international private equity firm that focuses on investing in global market-leading business.
Joe brings to Kyriba over 20 years of experience driving strategic direct sales and channels organizations across the software, IT, and telco space. In this new role, Joe will be responsible for driving all indirect sales initiatives for the North American region. He will be a key member of the sales team responsible for building and scaling the partnership ecosystem.
Most recently, Joe served as Vice President of Global Partners and Americas Sales of Hootsuite, leading social media management platform, where he was hired to execute a Board-level initiative to create a world class sales team to drive accelerated growth for the company. Prior to Hootsuite, Joe was VP of Global Alliances and Channels at Salesforce (NYSE: CRM; LTM Rev: $14B), enterprise cloud computing solutions with a focus on customer relationship management worldwide, where he was responsible for leading Salesforce’s Marketing Cloud Global Alliances and Channel sales organization.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the State University of New York College at Buffalo.
