NEW YORK, NY - The Lancer Group places John O'Malley as Chief Executive Officer of OpenLink Financial, global leading provider of trading and risk management solutions to the energy, commodities, corporate, and financial services industries. In addition to its New Yor k City headquarters, the company has offices in Houston, Manhattan, London, Berlin, Vienna, Toronto, Tulsa, São Paulo, Mexico City, Bangalore, Singapore, Dubai, and Sydney. John succeeds M ark Greene who announced his retirement earlier this year and will continue to serve on the OpenLink Board as an independent director. John has a successful track record of leading severa I technology and private equity - backed portfolio companies from start - up to maturity in gro wth markets. Most recently, he served as Operating Partner for Thoma Bravo after being hired as CEO of Digital Insight, a portfolio company that was acquired by NCR corporation (NYSE:NCR; LTM Rev: $6.4B) in 2014 for $1.6B. John previously held the role of CEO at Panini, a global provider of payment technology; Memento, a leader in enterprise fraud detection software; and Harland Financial Solutions, which under his leadership grew from a small subsidiary to one of the leading providers of financial technology in No rth America in just nine years.
