DUBUQUE, IA – The Lancer Group places Josh Mallamud as Chief Executive Officer of Cartegraph, leading provider of enterprise-level software solutions that help local government agencies manage their physical assets and associated operations. Cartegraph is backed by leading middle-market private equity firm, Pamlico Capital.
Josh brings to Cartegraph nearly 20 years of experience improving performance and driving growth within the SaaS, tech, media & advertising, and consulting space. In this new role, Josh will be responsible for accelerating Cartegraph’scontinued growth as well as driving the company’s strategic vision.
Most recently, Josh served as Chief Operating Officer of CityBase, a Chicago-based provider of payments and citizen engagement software for state and local governments. Prior to CityBase, he was Senior Vice President at DialogTech, cloud- based software applications and voice management platform for marketers, wherehe played a key role in the company’s partnership acquisition strategy and expansion into new SaaS offerings.
He holds an J.D. from Northwestern University Law School and an MBA from Kellogg Graduate School of Business.
