In this new role, he will report into the CEO and will oversee the company's North America and Australian customer support, and professional and learning services. Ke vin brings to Viewpoint over 30 years of broad leadership experience in the high technology and enterp rise software space. He has a proven - track record of developing high - performing customer oriented teams and organizations. Most recently, Kevin served as Vice President of Operations at Tripwire, a Thoma Bravo - backed high growth international cybersecurity software developer , where he drove all customer experience and relationships through Tripwire's technical support, education, consulting and information services. Prior to Tripwire, Kevin served as Vice President of Professional Services at MarketLive, a leading e - Commerce technology platform and services for online retailers.
