SPOKANE, WA – The Lancer Group places Robert Efford as President of Embassy Management, a division of US Community Behavioral (USCB), leading multi-state provider of community-based residential and behavioral services to adult and children. USCB is backed by private equity fund, Bregal Partners.
Robert Efford joins USCB to lead its Embassy Management division, provider of a full continuum of services including supported living, licensed group homes, employment services, as well as autism and other therapy-based behavioral services.
In this new role, Robert will be at the helm of Embassy Management’s accelerated growthand will be responsible for driving the company’s overall strategic direction and financial performance.
Robert joins Embassy Management after a 7 year tenure at The Mentor Network, a national network of local health and human services providers across 35 states, where he served as Vice President of Operations and was responsible for the oversight of all human services operations and program growth initiatives in Arizona, California, Oregon and Nevada.
Prior to joining The Mentor Network, Robert developed support employment and transition services for Villa Esperanza Services and was a development executive with The Walt Disney Company.
