The Lancer Group places Ryan Vasquez as Vice President of Sales at Social Solutions, a Vista Equity-backed leading provider of SaaS performance management solutions for human and social services
AUSTIN, TX – The Lancer Group places Ryan Vasquez as Vice President Sales of Social Solutions, the leading provider of impact and performance management solutions for human services. The company currently serves over 1,000 paying customers, including non-profit organizations and local, state, and federal agencies. Its customer base represents over 4,000 entities, 16,000 programs, and 76,000 users.
Ryan brings to Social Solutions over 15 years of extensive experience in sales operations, execution, and talent development. In this new role, Ryan will be responsible for developing and driving a comprehensive go-to-market strategy that will generate maximum revenue in addition to providing strong direction and leadership that ensures the achievement of the firm’s business and revenue goals.
Most recently, Ryan served as Area Vice President of Sales, SMB for Oracle (NYSE: ORCL; LTM Rev: $38.9B), where he was responsible for the division’s Southeast region. Prior to Oracle, Ryan worked at ADP (NASDAQ: ADP; LTM Rev: $12.5B) where he started as a sales associate and eventually rose to become Mid-South Division Vice President.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of Texas.
