The Lancer Group places the CFO, CMO, and EVP Sales at Elite Sportswear
READING, PA – Elite Sportswear, a leader in performance apparel and team uniforms backed by Riverside Company, has hired three key executives to round out their leadership team.
The Lancer Group placed the company’s Chief Financial Officer, Jean Lewis (a multi-time private equity CFO – previously with Alex Apparel and Hartstrings – with deep experience in apparel manufacturing), in 2015, and quickly followed that search with the placement ofthe company’s Chief Marketing Officer, Matt Cowan (previously with Reebok and Everlast, and most recently the Head of Marketing and Sales at Mission Athletecare), and thecompany’s Executive Vice President of Sales and Business Development, Mike Thorne(previously Division President of Yankee Candle – backed by Madison Dearborn – through its acquisition by Jarden).
