PURCHASE, NY – The Lancer Group places Travis Lairson as Director of Operations of IntegraMed Fertility, the largest fertility network in North America comprising of 153 locations across 32 states. IntegraMed Fertility is backed by leading private equity firm, Sagard Capital.
Gail brings to IntegraMed Fertility over 15 years of experience leading operations, product management, and strategic marketing across the financial services and automotive space. He has a proven track record of implementing and managing complex programs while delivering impactful program planning, product development, customer engagement, strategic development, and relationship management.
In this new role, he leads the company’s Financial Services division and is responsible for driving the development and direction of a $28M portfolio of customer-facing service products and solutions in addition to providing leadership for internal teams and for clinics nationwide.
Most recently, Travis served as Product Manager, Insurance of BMW Financial Services, established in 2006 to provide financial services to dealers who are not part of the BMW and MINI networks, where he was responsible for managing all aspects of the Protection Product suite of products including design, steering, pricing, and coverage.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from The Ohio State University.
