We are proud to announce that The Lancer Group has once again been shortlisted for the Professional Services Management Excellence Awards — this year in the category of Excellence in Innovation.

Having been recognised in 2025 for our work in executive recruitment for SaaS companies, being shortlisted again in 2026 is a reflection of our continued commitment to pushing boundaries in how we serve our clients. This nomination, under the Productivity theme, speaks to the innovative approaches we've developed in helping private equity firms identify and secure the leaders their portfolio companies need to grow.

These awards, now in their 23rd year, uniquely recognise and celebrate contributions to business growth — from coherent strategy and operational efficiency to the smart use of technology. Being included among the shortlisted firms is an honour we don't take lightly.
