Lancer Group strengthens the C-Suite executive team of NAVEX Global with the placement of Susan Beermann as Chief Marketing Officer

Portland, OR – Lancer Group places Susan Beermann as Chief Marketing Officer at NAVEX Global, leading provider of the most comprehensive suite of ethics and compliance software, content, and services that enables organizations to protect their people, reputation, and bottom line. NAVEX Global is backed by leading international investment firm, BC Partners.

Susan is a seasoned technologyand enterprise softwaremarketing executive who brings over 30 years of experience driving growth and innovation across thesoftwareand techspace. In this new role, Susan will lead NAVEX Global’s marketing strategy and execution worldwide as the company expands its footprint in the governance, risk and compliance (GRC) SaaS solution marketplace.

Most recently, Susan served as Chief Marketing Officer of Ellie Mae, a SaaS platform provider for the mortgage finance industry, where she established the company as the recognized leader in mortgage finance softwareand was instrumental in driving 25% compound annual revenue growth rate over a six-year period. Prior to Ellie Mae, Susan help senior leadership positions at Jigsaw, Taleo, and, early in her career, Microsoft and IBM.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
