SAN JOSE, CA – The Lancer Group places Rani Hublou as Chief Marketing Officer of 8×8 (NASDAQ: EGHT; LTM Rev: $253M; MKT CAP: $1.2B), the provider of the world’s firstCommunications Cloud that combines unified communications, team collaboration, contact center and analytics.
Rani brings to 8×8 over 20 years of experience leading and implementing transformative go-to-market strategies for technology companies in hyper-growth markets. In this role, Rani will be responsible for aligning the company’s value proposition, products, and positioning as well as driving worldwide strategy and management of go-to-market activities.
Most recently, Rani served as Chief Product & Marketing Officer at Comprehend Systems, a provider of SaaS Clinical Intelligence solutions. Prior, she was Chief Marketing Officer of PSS Systems, Senior Vice President of Marketing at BEA Systems, Executive Vice President of Marketing at Broadvision, a co-founder of Icarian, Inc., and a strategy consultant with McKinsey & Company.
She holds Bachelor’s and Masters of Science degrees in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University.
