The Lancer Group places Sharon Kitzman as President, Americas at Infomedia, an ASX-listed leading provider of SaaS solutions to the parts and service sector of the automotive industry

DETROIT, MI – The Lancer Group places Sharon Kitzman as President, Americas of Infomedia (ASX: IFM; LTM Rev: $70.5M; Mkt Cap: $253M), a global leader in parts and service software to the automotive industry. With more than 150,000 users across 186 countries, Infomedia offers a unique approach to technology and has been at the forefront of aftersales system innovation for over 25 years.

Sharon brings to Infomedia over 20 years of extensive experience in the automotive and technology space and has a proven track record of driving strategy, M&A, and leadership development. In this new role, Sharon will be responsible for leading the company’s America’s sales strategy, leveraging Infomedia’s existing relationships and identifying new opportunities to support the firm’s growth.Additionally, Sharon’s deep expertise and understanding of automotive softwareand the dealership ecosystem makes her well positioned to guide Infomedia’s digital transformation.

Most recently, Sharon served as Vice President and General Manager, DMS (Dealership Management System) for Dealertrack Technologies, a leading provider of software, marketing, and e-Commerce services for car dealers, where during her tenure, the company tripled its market share. Prior to Dealertrack Technologies, Sharon held numerous executive roles at Reynolds and Reynolds, leading provider of computer software for automotive retailers.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from The Ohio State University.
