LOS ANGELES, CA – REVOLVE Clothing, leading online fashion retailer hires Stephanie Smith-Ejnes as Chief People and Culture Officer. REVOLVE Clothing is backed by consumer- focused private equity firm, TSG Consumer Partners.
In this new role, Stephanie will be responsible for leading and evolving the company’sorganizational structure and other long term people growth initiatives – this key role will be instrumental in helping the employee base flourish as the company continues its rapid growth and international expansion. She brings to REVOLVE over 15 years of multi-industry experience as a trusted business partner and creative organization development leader in world-class organizations.
Most recently, Stephanie served as Vice President, Human Resources and Organization Development at Nuveen Investments, a Chicago-based investment management company, where she led the HR function supporting the west region of the firm.
Prior to Nuveen Investments, Stephanie held senior roles in leading companies including Yahoo! (NASDAQ: YHOO; LTM Rev: $4.8B), PwC and Goldman Sachs.
She holds an MA in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from New York University.
