PORTLAND, OR - The Lancer Group places Ed Kraft as Vice President of Support Services at Viewpoint Construction Software, leading provider of cloud, SaaS and on premise com mercial construction software solutions to the global construction and capital project industries. Ed brings to Viewpoint o ver 20 years of operational, support services and client experience across the high technology, financial services and application so ftware space. In this new role, he will be responsible for leading Viewpoint's Support function and will help facilitate the company's existing operations and enable exceptional customer experience as the company continues to scale. Ed was most recently Vice President of Support & Renewals at Tripwire, a Thoma Bravo - backed high growth international cybersecurity software developer , where he oversaw worldwide renewals, technical support, customer & partner training, managed services and services operations . Prior to Tripwire, Ed served as Vice President of Client Services at Vesta Corporation, global leader of revenue - generating payment solutions for enterprise partners in the telecom, media, financial services and digital space.
